It has the characteristics of low-carbon, green, environmentally friendly, and wear-resistant.
The pneumatic static pressure workpiece electric spindle adopts a servo motor with a built-in encoder and is equipped with a vacuum suction cup. The air static pressure grinding wheel electric spindle adopts permanent magnet synchronous motor stepless speed regulation. On one side of the workpiece head frame, there is a grinding wheel dressing air static pressure electric spindle, which is dedicated to CBN alloy steel stone grinding wheel dressing, and can also be equipped with a diamond pen dressing bracket.
The X/Z axis is driven by high-precision air bearing guide rails, high-precision ball screws, and servo drive motors. It is equipped with a Taiwanese new generation high-precision CNC system with a resolution of 0.1um and a Spanish Fagor high-precision grating ruler, forming a fully closed-loop control system. Achieve a machining accuracy of 0.5um roundness and 1.5um cylindricity for the entire machine.
A Renishaw contact displacement sensor probe is installed on the front side of the grinding wheel holder, with a unidirectional repeated measurement accuracy of 1um. It can measure the inner and outer diameters, length, and end face of the workpiece online. The measuring device is placed on the side of the inner circular grinding wheel holder and can automatically rotate.
The standard configuration for workpiece clamping includes high-precision three jaw chuck and vacuum suction cup. Special fixtures can also be customized according to process requirements, and the headstock can be manually rotated ± 45 degrees.
The main structural components of the machine tool are made of high-quality mineral bed (artificial marble), which has stable organization and solid structure. Fully enclosed outer cover.
The grinder is equipped with pressure sensors at the inlet of the air and water circuits, which have fault alarm protection functions such as overcurrent, overload, air pressure below the lower limit, and cooling water cut-off. And it has communication function with the upper computer (RS-485).

3、 Installation requirements for use
1. Operator requirements: This machine tool is a high-precision CNC grinder, and the operator is required to have basic skills in operating CNC grinders. They must undergo professional training and master the operating procedures before they can use it.
2. Installation and environmental requirements:
The fluctuation of the power supply voltage should be within ± 10%, and the working temperature should be installed in a constant temperature room (22 ℃± 2 ℃) with a humidity of less than 75%. The installation should be away from the seismic source, and if conditions permit, isolation trenches can be used. The equipment should be placed horizontally with a levelness of less than 0.02mm, and adjustable shims can be used to adjust the level.
3. Requirements for compressed air and cooling water:
Compressed air needs to be processed by a freeze dryer, with a temperature of 17-19 ℃, a pressure of 0.55-0.65Mpa, a supply volume greater than 300L/min, and a filtration accuracy of 0.01um. The main shaft cooling water needs to be cooled by a chiller unit, with a temperature of 17-19 ℃, a pressure of 0.3Mpa, and a flow rate of 2 L/min.
